Summary

We use your details to call you about your garage door and to pass your request to one garage door company that works in your area. We don't sell your information, use it for advertising or share it with anyone else.

What you provide

• Name and phone number, and an email address if you include one.
• City or neighborhood.
• A description of the problem, the service you chose and any message.
• Photos of the door, if you choose to send them later, for example by text after we call you, used only to prepare the visit.

What is collected automatically

The hosting provider logs standard information when pages are viewed: page, time, browser, approximate location of the connection and referring page. We count call-button taps and form submissions to understand which pages help. No advertising trackers are used. A small amount of data may be kept in your browser so the forms work.

How we use it

To call you back, line up the visit, share your request with the company doing the work and follow up. Anonymous totals, such as requests per city, help us improve the site. No newsletters, no marketing calls.

We may call you once after the visit to check that the problem was solved. That's the only follow-up you'll receive.

Who receives it

One independent garage door company covering your area receives your name, phone number, area and description of the problem, and may use them only for your request. Service providers that host the site, deliver form messages and route email process data only to provide those services.

We never publish your details or pass them to marketing companies.

How long it's kept

Up to two years, for follow-ups and any complaint about a repair, then deleted unless the law requires longer. Test and spam entries are deleted sooner, and you can ask for earlier deletion.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections or ask us to delete it by writing to the address below. There's no charge, no reason needed, and we'll confirm when it's done.

Children

The site is intended for adults arranging home repairs. We don't knowingly collect children's information; if you think a child has contacted us, tell us and we'll delete it.

Parents or guardians can contact us at any time.
